Most products sold through beyondKente.com are fabricated and shipped by a print on demand partner depending on the product. They will send the products directly to the address you provided.

Please allow 1 working day to process your order. Expect an email within 2 working days to let you know your order has been sent to production and 3 working days to let you know that your order is on the way.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@beyondkente.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
